Outdated guestrooms - the bathrooms were a little old but still decent - flat panel TV - various kinds of accommodations - generally clean - pure white bedding
Free parking was a steal considering its location - no free breakfast - cable cars were right around the corner - great Coit Tower view
Great impression at check in - friendly and courteous front desk staff - helpful and polite all the time - created an inviting atmosphere for the hotel

Parking and Wi-Fi were included in the rate - non-smoking room with smoke smell - everything seemed ok - the room had a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a fridge
Starbucks, Burger King, Peet's, Nordstrom Rack and Costco were in one block radius - 3 blocks away from Civic Center Plaza - Golds Gym and a 24-hour fitness center in a short driving distance - the motel was fully booked - slow Wi-Fi - a noisy gay bar across from the motel
Parking was pretty full - surprisingly good price - the room wasn't out dated
Well kept rooms - best Belgium waffles in the morning - the staff were easy to get along with
An excellent hotel for convenient to work space - a good shower with hot water - continental breakfast was a very special treat - restaurants, bargain shopping and coffee nearby
The pub at the back of the hotel was extremely noisy - fresh soap provided everyday
A great place to stay - located in the hustle and bustle of south of market, near Market street and South of Market Night Clubs - great for a one day stay - very comfortable beds - they provided anything you can image - amazing reception staff - the bus stop was around the corner

The front lobby was very, very nice - the room was clean - the TV had good channels - the complimentary breakfast was better than expected - good stay here
Room was clean, quiet, bed comfortable - breakfast was basically cereals, toast, coffee, etc - the shuttle service made the airport within an easy access - the Internet worked well - brilliant staff service
This room was very handy - the beds were very comfortable - there was an outdoor swimming pool - they had a free shuttle from the airport but it stops at midnight - the Chinese buffet was good and moderately priced ($16) for dinner
The gym in the hotel was tiny with a few machines - very clean and well-kept property - good place for the price - the swimming pool was heated
Friendly and efficient staff members - there were two computers available for use in the lobby - free continental breakfast was good - bathroom area was nice with the granite countertops (more…)

Loved the whole decoration of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms to the dinning place - Full of European tones - it even had Queen Anne style curved glass bay windows overlooking Post Street in the Petite Suite - good for those having European sentiments
