What to Do in Baker Beach San Francisco
This beach in San Francisco is approximately half a mile long from the Golden Gate Point to the Sutro Baths. From here you can get spectacular views of the Marin Headlands and Golden Gate Point. It's got beautiful scenery which tourists immensely enjoy but surfing is unsafe here. You can avail the facilities of restrooms, grills and picnic tables to set up a quite picnic out here, enjoy sunbathing in the beach, play volleyball or Frisbee or engage in some fishing in the beach.

Swimming is not advisable in the beach as the water is cold and a number of accidents had occurred here in the past. The north of the beach is more of a nude beach, although there are laws governing it. On sunny weekends this beach can be very congested and parking is quite likely to be unavailable. But mostly it's serene and peaceful and a great place to forget your worries and watch the waves hitting the shore.
