Manager of Lifelong Learning Programs
Basic Functions
- Lead, teach and assist LL Program design and pedagogy, and enrich the content
- Develop and perform the programming to meet the needs of guests
- Use the systems and protocols to control and adjust LL budget
- Take charge of financial analysis at each level
- Establish and monitor the staffing to achieve goals
- Provide the staff with professional development, training, and support
- Maintain the effective operation of LL systems
- Represent the entire LL Depart as required
Essential Qualifications
- 10 years+ working experience in informal education, educational administration and related
- Master's Degree, or equivalent experience or training
- High maturity in program development
- Excellent leadership or organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule, like weekends and general holidays
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Proven ability and success in building educational program and working with different groups
