There are two parking lots that are located in the Japantown area in San Francisco. The first is Japan Center Garage which is located at 1660 Geary Street in Japantown and the second is Fillmore Street Annex Garage which is located at 1650 Fillmore Street.

Both these parking lots allow vehicles to park overnight. The Japan Center Garage operated from Monday to Friday from 5 am to 2.30 am and Saturday to Sunday from 7 am to 3 am. While the Fillmore Street Annex Garage operates from 6.30 am to 1.30 am seven days a week.
