The MUNI map costs $3 and can be bought at any MUNI kiosks or numerous other convenient locations. However, if you don't want to spend the money then you can get it for free as well.

All one needs to do is to log on to the website and visit the official MUNI website. On the site there is a tab called Maps. Click on that and you can view and print the system map, metro map, stadium map and individual MUNI line maps.
